At ControlTECH Manufacturing we strive to remanufacture parts back to a level that is indistinguishable from an original OEM part. We meticulously disassemble and inspect all parts we receive and keep only those components that match our high standards.
All components are thoroughly washed and sand blasted to return them to their original condition. All wearable components are replaced with the same, quality components that are used during original manufacturing. We have developed numerous techniques and processes that improve on the original OEM manufacturing process and make our products more dependable and rugged.
We reassemble and test our products using the same procedure and specs that are used by the OEM. Our innovative processes and lean methodology allow us to provide our customers with OEM quality parts at a significantly lower price.
