At ControlTECH Manufacturing, we remanufacture parts back to a level that is indistinguishable from an original OEM part. Every component is carefully disassembled, inspected, cleaned, rebuilt, and tested to meet our high standards — giving customers OEM-quality performance at a significantly lower price.

Inspection & Evaluation

We begin by disassembling and inspecting each component to evaluate wear, damage, and overall condition. Only parts that can be brought back to OEM-level standards move forward in our process.

Step 02

Cleaning, Rebuild & Testing

After inspection, approved components are thoroughly cleaned, restored, and rebuilt using quality replacement parts where needed. Each assembly is then reassembled and tested to confirm dependable performance before returning to service.
